THE FLOW ACTIVE STORY

Flow Active started in Sydney with a simple idea: getting fitter shouldn't need an expensive gym membership or hours you don't have. We're everyday Aussies who love training and know how hard it is to stay consistent with work, family and everything else going on. So we went looking for gear that makes it easier: fun workouts you can do at home, simple ways to make your walks count, and recovery tools that help you feel good enough to go again tomorrow.
